I think on a MTA thru 560, the biggest problem with the water would be the roller bearings that support the IPTO shaft in the center section. I have seen some where the cages were rusty. They sit very low in the housing. I think the transmission would not be effected unless there was well over two gallons in the rear frame. I havn't understood why the hydraulic oil seems to emulsify the water yet the tranny lube stays separated.
