Well, I can't imagine you using more than about 3 gallons of gas total. That tractor will burn, what, about 3 gallons an hour working the pants off it, you're not really gonna work it, unless you've got 15 miles of steep hill 5th gear driving. You're gonna burn a gallon or two an hour no matter what (At least my M did). Better put at least a 5 gallon can into it. Personally I'd put more into it. I try to keep stuff full for condensation reasons.
