Does it have a distributor? I had this happen the winter, checked everything -gas flow,spark,voltage to dist,coil. Found that the gears in the dist had jumped a notch or two due to worn gear, changing the timing. Bought replacement gears from Mark's Magneto in Rice,MN (he has them made) -after reassembly with proper settings -end of problem, she started right up. Took a week or so to get it figured out during the cold winter. The tractor stopped while plowing snow.
