It didn't seem like a fuel supply problem since it doesn't lose power, it just doesn't have power to start with. I am lucky to hold speed on level grade running on a hard surface in 4th. Any rise and it will start woofing. I am starting to study what the governor should be doing ( don't have those on Camaros ), but it sure seems as if the spark isn't advancing or the juice isn't coming on. Has anyone ever came up with a manifold vac. advance for an old tractor?
