blunted, either the engine is stuck, or if the tractor has been left out side in the weather some rain may have filled one cylinder and the engine has locked down for the engine can't compress H20. Fix,, remove plugs and attempt to pull it, if it frees up the pull farther to thoroughly clean and dry out the cylinders, clean and replace plugs and away you go. If the engine is stuck, Do Not Pull any more in gear you can damage the engine, Bend and break engine components Figure out what you are going to do, and go down that path as freeing up the engine shoot ATF into the cylinders and start by jacking up one rear wheel and rock it back and forth it will break free in a while,if you have to tear down that is another matter.
