Red, I do not own the unit and do not know what the psi or gpm is. I suspect that they are only available with a single acting valve. I wouldn't own one unless I were to put it on a non-working show tractor. They were also available for mounting on the rear PTO. I would guess the IH Lift-all is a more rugged unit.
