This link is a source for a good but inexpensive (approximately $40) over running clutch. Measure the diameter of your PTO shaft as the clutches come in two sizes. If your PTO shaft does not have a notch in one of the splines you will have to take a side grinder and make one. Very minor task. The clutch has a thumb button/pin that holds it on the shaft and that utilizes the notch. This makes it very handy for installing and removing the clutch.
