I think a person could find another set of the pressed steel centers and rims, turn the dish on the inside set in and the dish on the outside set out. Put gr. 5 or heavier threaded rod in the holes, put lugnuts on the inside wheels, and put another set of lugnuts on the outside wheels.
I worked on a Super A once that had a cobbled-up set of rims and 7.5L-15 tires on them. It had 5-bolt hubs and rims off of a old Ford? car. Somehow they fit and had plenty of clearance away from the spindle. It had nice custom hubcaps, too. If the original front rims could be widened, it'd looked a lot nicer. As long as the tires don't hit the tie rods or spindles, and the tire height is close to the original, it should work ok.
