Is this an f-12? Anyone know how much it weighs?

Hello,

I have th opportunity to purchase this tractor for a very low sum. It has been sitting for quite awhile, and I don't know if the engine is seized. This is all I have seen of it since it is a couple of states away from me. F14 posted an ID of a McCormick-Deering Farmall 12 (thanks) based on what he saw. It has steel rear wheels, and twin rubber front wheels. What year might this be? I am also wondering what the dimensions are on this, and the weight? I want to make sure that my trailer can handle it if I am going to go drive 7 hours one way ;)
