Yes! you got right. I have had to lower mine, then tighten then raise it and shake it then tighten it a couple of times before it's really tight.
In your last series of pictures, the last one and the next to last, you show a blue planter driver with a red center. It's the one that bolts on to the geared shaft assy. I need one of those and a planter hopper. i could use either a single hopper and drive or an old duplex one. I have a second 140 I want to add a planter and fert dropper on it and sell it. I have everything else. You know where I can get one of those hoppers and drive plates?
