I agree that way too many tractors get parted out, and I hate to see any of this old iron end up in a scrap yard, but when you consider just how many Farmall Hs are still in existance, and how many of them are still running and being used on a daily basis, it really doesn't make sense for us in the United States to take on a restoration project that has several missing pieces, broken parts, etc., when we can go out and find an H that is already running for not too much more money.
Too make it even worse, there are also way too many greedy folks with dollar signs in there eyes who think they can get rich by knocking these grand old tractors in the head and then selling the parts off one at a time.
Needless to say, I consider those folks to be nothing more than vultures.
