I would not expect this part to be available at your local CaseIH dealer. You will probably need to salvage it off another 460 Utility that has the delete shaft.
The TA in your tractor is probably the original. That means it's lasted for about 50 years.
The tractor's "busy years" are long behind it. There's no way you'll ever use the tractor as much as it was designed to be used.
Get the TA fixed, adjust it once in a while, and it will outlast you. When it's working properly, you'll really come to appreciate it.
If you really really insist, you can remove the access cover and weld up the planetary gears. That will permanently disable the TA, essentially making it a TA delete.
