Check to see if the motor will turn over. If you have some bad spots on your ring gear the starter drive can jam up against the ring gear and lock up everything. If that's the case just loosen up the starter enough to get the drive loose, move the motor a bit and reattach the starter. I've got 3 that does that at least once per year. I'm going to have to fix some ring gears one of these days. If this isn't the answer and your battery is good then its probably the starter button. They don't seem to last, especially if they sit out side.
