I am sure that when you did your tune up on the tractor you didnt make anything not work. My guess is that if you are not getting any power at the starter is that your starter switch has gone bad. I would check that first. The tractor will turn over no matter if the points are or are not set correctly. More like a antique car and not a modern day car tractors have a independent starting system that is not hooked to the same area as the kill switch or ignition (usually). I would check the starter switch then if that doesnt fix it rock the tractor back and forth a little and make sure that your starter is not stuck. If you were cranking on it for long periods of time either on of the things that I have said could happen. Also check the battery to make sure there is a charge in it also and that it has not run down to far to turn the tractor over. You also may have a starter issue not very common but does happen.
