I built a hydraulic dump trailer for my Cub when digging out the cellar of my barn 20 years ago. I purchased an adapter from IH. It bolts between the Touch-Control and the rear end of the hydraulic manifold. You will also need a closed center 3 or 4 port lever valve depending on whether you use a single or double acting cylinder.
