that pump is the one late F-30 cane tractors were equipped with from the factory.The F-20 part book I have shows no such animal. I read somewhere, can't find it now, that this was a kit offered in the 40's by IH to retrofit the letter series belly pump to the F-20 to make more useful as wartime demands limited tractor production and availability.I could be wrong. If I can find that source i will post it.We have 2 F-20s equipped with Lift All pumps.
