It is strange how things from an early age impress us. I lived in Chicago till I was eight years old. I would often go to the Museum of Science and Industry. The McCormicks were a continuing sponsor for that exceptional institution. As you walked in the front door, there would always 6 or 7 new red tractors in the main lobby and I would always "test" drive them. This was in the early to mid fifties. I now have 17 tractors from that period. My least favorite would be a Cub (too fragile). It is a tie between MTA's and Farmall 400's for most favorite ( modern tractor with classic lines).
