Measure the bore at the very bottom where there is no piston wear, and at the top of the bore where the top compression ring stops in its travel. If more than .003" I would replace. If less, I would ridge ream the top to remove the ridge, and glaze break the cylinders with a bottle brush style hone Rapid up and down with 400 grit stone and diesel or solvent to wash away grit.
