Sounds like an I-4 to me.

Let me guess, wide front end, foot operated gas pedal, 24" rear tires, and you said no hydraulics and weird (pintle?) draw bar.

I have an I-4 and an I-6. Guess this was a popular haying model here in Utah.

The I-4 is the Industrial version of the W-4. These have basically the same engine/trans/rear-end as the H. There is a photo of a W-4 in the photo arcives.

If you end up getting it for parts, let me know. I could use some sheet metal.
