For the Super H and Super M the gov housing and nearly all internal parts are interchangable. The notable exception is the governor spring.
However the governor drive gear is model specific (different teeth counts between the SH and SM). The SH and SM also use different throttle shaft connecting rods.

In light of this I gotta think the H and M governors similarly share the same parts.
