I need to remove my radiator on my 400. Are the lower bolts at the base attached to radiator or are they separate (welded on rad or not)? The nuts look really rusted and it don"t look easy to save the threads. Also, is it easy to get the steer shaft out for removal of rad.? . Thanks for some help ...Tim
