Red, hello. I think I may have a gov issue. My H sputs and runs bad when loaded. It does not seem to surge like the gov is working. All things are new, carb rebuilt by pro. What can I look for on the gov, do they sell rebuilt govsand who might have that. Look forward to you reply.
