All I can think of to remove a tank is the fuel line, the three nuts and springs and the hood. I thin you also need to pull the shaft out of the steering U joint, but it has been a while since i did mine and I'm not sure. If so just loosen the bolt on the u joint yoke, loosen the bolt that hold the steering column to the deck and it should pop right out, maybe with a little bit of persuasion. The tank should be loose with the nuts and springs off, and then you only have to move the steering shaft far enough to wiggle the tank out. Zach
