I'll try that. I think the mixture has to be pretty close. There is no black smoke. I had my daughter move the throttle up and when nothing happened I gave it a little carb cleaner to see if it was running lean. The engine then bogged which makes me think it is pretty close to correct.
When I say it doesn't rev up I mean that you move the throttle and nothing happens for maybe 60 to 90 seconds. Not just that it is a little slow to get going. After it is hot the symptoms disappear. It is not terrible the way it is but something isn't right. Plus I like fooling with stuff so it's fun for me to see if I can get it working better. :D
