Are you shifting rolling,or fully stopped?Try being stopped-works better.Check the transmission brake,it may need to be adjusted.If the TA hesitates whike shifting,that may mean troulble is ahead.....Dont be nice and "feather" the TA,a fast,deliberate movement is better.
