Not much, whatever that means. AND, you cannot wash all the acid out, meaning it will always be there. It has to be neutralized with a LOT of a product such as baking soda. Wash it out good then use the baking soda -- if you just dump the soda in the acid, you will get a violent reaction. BUT, if all you have is varnish, I would not do anything. It's chunks of rust that cause the problem. Muratic acid is the slang term for HCl, hydrochloric acid, a very potent, strong acid that will eat you alive in it's concentrated form. The non-laboratory version you buy in hardware stores is diluted but still dangerous.
