The manifold has a crack where the exhaust pipe goes into it, but I wouldn't think that would cause it, being that the pressure is all external at that point. Here's a quick crappy cell phone video of what it does. Runs...dies..yank on the choke, comes back to life, breaks up, push the choke back in and repeat in 10 seconds. Sometimes it will run for a few minutes with the choke all the way in, other times it has to be pulled half way out to stay running. The weird thing is, if you let it die, and fire it back up, it will run fine for 10 mins then start acting up again. I don't think it's electrical, because everything with the electrical system is new, and pulling the choke keeps it running.
