Just installed 3 new lights on my 1941 H. Two headlights on the light bar and one rear light with the red light button on the tear drop housing. Thanks to all the great advice from the forum, I have them all wired up nicely with proper fittings, heat shrink etc, installed the new 3 way light switch. Off/ front dim-rear bright / front bright-rear bright.
My questions is where do you suggest running the wire for the rear light? If it were originally run right across the platform next to the seat was it in a conduit? Does it run under the platform? I ran it forward with the alternator wires as far as the hydraulic outlet, then followed the hydraulic hose temporarily, but realize any time I use the hose quick disconnect it might pose a problem.
