need info on 485 Case IH

Have located a 485 Case IH 3 cyl diesel with 2250 loader that has 950 rough hours. What is the HP of this tractor? The tractor has never seen a shelter and has a dent in the hood, rust on the sheetmetal and a bent fender and the seat is torn up. The frame of the tractor looks extremely good and the rear tires are in my opinion the original with 50 % tread and the front are low quality truck tires that do not match. I do not believe that an implement has ever beem connected to the 3 point or drawbar. The cutting edge on the bucket is needing replaced. The lift, lights, steering, brakes, trans all seems to be in good order. The engine starts readily and does not smoke. What is the market value of this machine? TIA
