Nothing to it. Instructions on can. Pretty much just dump the can in the tank, move tank around and around until you can tell the whole inside has been coated (usually you don't need to worry about the top of the tank, just bottom and sides), and then let the excess drain out of the tank. Depending on the size of the tank you may not need the whole quart can. You may be able to get by with using just half the quart and use the rest on another tank.
