The advice you received so far is pretty accurate. You'll never need to worry about cracking and F-20 head or burning a hole in a piston from this problem.

You have one of three possible problems. The float has developed a hairline crack and is filling with fuel. The needle valve has a groove worn in it and is no longer sealing. Or, the float needs set (I doubt it's this one). Check it out, if you need more help let me know (I have about 10 F-20s and Regulars.
