The f-12 gasoline manifolds had a heat control valve rather like the heat valve on the later Letter Series distillate manifolds. The gasoline in the 1930s was 60 octane so not very good. TAs far as I know no-one makes the F-12 kerosene/distillate manifold which had a large rotary with its valve located in the centre of the manifold and the exhaust pipe was attached vertically above the centre of the manifold. The F-12 gasoline manifold had the heat control valve leaver on the rear side of the manifold (as per the later kersosene/distillate manifolds) but the exhaust pile was attached to the manifild ahead of the centre of the manifold. For the later Letter series tractors (Farmalls H, M etc) the gasoline (cold) manifold was for 70 or better octane gasoline.
