Parts are NOT available for M&W add-ons, unless you're really really lucky and happen to stumble across something on ebay. You'll have to make your own or disable/remove the add-on.
89 octane gas is fine for a normal M.
Lead additive is a waste of money. Even if it did work you'll never run the tractor hard enough or long enough to erode the valve seats.
Reprint owner's manuals are common as macaroni for the M. I suggest you get one for yourself to get the lubrication guide.
