I would place a couple dollars on the bet in your favor. I have high hopes that since it sputters when you force gas into it that it will run. It is a whole other matter of whether it will run good or bad, but it will run. I would assume they didn't winterize it when they parked it 20 years ago and it is probably all varnished :lol: I know...no method of storage would help it for that long. At least it isn't stuck!
