There is a mechanical tach listed in the parts manual, however, I have never seen one in a 86 series tractor. Speedometer is of course same needle, just charted out on dial. No pyrometer though. The 186 shows the two cable dial mechanical tach with speedometer drive off the differential ring gear but that is a whole different deal. Factory pyrometers were used only with the digital data center which you apparently have now.
