A car hauler would be fine. Those are light tractors. You could haul the Cub or the A in a 1-ton truck bed. Seems to me the 12 is a narrower tractor, or can be narrowed right down. Like the cowman says, get one you like. And if you need to you can weld on/have welded on some D-rings for chains. You can't have too many D-rings, in my opinion.
Also if the 12 is on steel, you will want a wood deck. Steel on steel makes for a slickery situation. You could also bolt a couple planks to a steel deck if the price is right.
