I have a 400 pressure plate that is nearly new. The belly pump and belt pulley have been removed. Could you explain in terms a rookie can understand what needs to be done to use the 400 pressure plate. Comparing the 2 of them, the M pressure plate has 3 arms that go against the throw out bearing and the 400 has a spined center. Any advice you can offer is very appreciated. If I don't have to buy a new pressure plate that would be great!
