Yes there is a difference!IJust finished modifying a 400/450(SMTA is the same)cultivator to a '45 M,lots of difference.An M cult can be put on a 400/450,400/450 cult will not fit an M..not without a fair amount of cutting,drilling etc.The 75$ price tag is fair-buy it!
