Never saw one on an IH or Farmall. Back in 1976 a lot of different dealers including Ford and John Deere were handing those out with purchases to celebrate the Bi Centennial. Some had stars and stripes, some had the various seals of the armed forces, some had the US seal on them with the eagle with the arrows and olive branch, but I have never seen a factory decal or sticker of that type on any IH product or any other for that matter.
