A question for Guy Fay

I'm reading your new book, Farmall Tractors in the 1950's, and I have a question regarding power steering on 300 row crop tractors. On Page 36 you say that power steering attachments became available in early 1956. I just bought 2 300's, one is in exceptional condition, and one is decent. I want to swap the power steering unit from the decent tractor to the exceptional one. Both are 1955 models, serial numbers 8248 and 17965. Is the power steering unit original?, what do I need to be aware of?, what parts will I need to perform the swap? I should have everything I need if the one tractor is already set up with power steering, right? Thanks in advance. Thor
