I started replacing the countershaft and input seals today on my H, I am hoping to have it finished tomorrow if the new seals come in at Napa. I am going to replace the old oil with new, can any body tell me approximately how much oil it takes from empty to refill all of it. Thanks in advance. I got quite a bit info already on changing the seals. I have been putting it off because of the talk about the coutershaft nut sometimes being very difficult to remove, but I started on it today. I put the tractor in high gear set the brakes and I used a craftsman prybar that was half inch stock, I stuck it in the nut, and gave it one good pull and it broke loose and spun off with my fingers. I may have gotten really lucky, but I was happy with how easy it came off. So again thanks for all the help.
