If it is leaking right around the shaft you need to undo the two bolts there and the cap yanks right off. Then you drive out the old seals, usually a two in one kind of deal, and go buy yourself two new ones and put them on. I can't recall the number for the new seals now but you can get the number off the old one and get it cross referenced. I like to park the tractor pointing downhill so I don't have to worry about oil escaping. Once you get the new seals on wrap a sheet of paper around the PTO stub to keep from nicking the the new seals and slide the cap back on. Bolt it down and you're good to go. Should be an easy half hour job at most. If the leak is where your whole PTO unit joins the rear end case you can just use some RTV in there to make a gasket. Zach
