Make a couple phone calls to some tractor repair shops near you. One of them will know where you can get your magnet recharged.

I did that after aquiring an F12. Found one shop 50 miles from me that still had an employee that knew magnetos. Took longer to get there than to fix the magneto. Reasonable too. Another reason to get someone to do it for you is that they will have the test rig so that you know all problems have been fixed before remounting the magneto.
