take it to a good machine shop and they can bore the old solid wall out and set a new one then fit your sleeve to it, have done this many times my 39 M is like that been that way for 20 years, and i tractor pull with it, no problems, the cost should be around a hundred buck,s, a good machine shop no,s how to do this,also watch wen you get part,s for the 39 h so are diffrent than other years like berring with on the mains.
