F-12 will not run,help.

I have a F-12 and I can not keep it running.I have rebuilt the fuel pump the carb and have put new fuel lines on it.If I take the spark plugs out and squirt gas in the cylinders then start it it will run for a few seconds then dies.It ran fine a few monthes ago but I was driving it then it died and I could not and still can not get it running.Please help,local tractor show coming up soon and would like to take it and park it in the middle of all those ugly green tractors(feature tractor is deere)
