I will pull the hose off the top of it and check it out. I removed the air filter to spray the carb cleaner and you can hear the motor thumping, but that doesn't quantify the amount of suction.
I will pull out the compression tester if I ever get it running. I would really like to wash it off first because everything is REALLY oily and I don't want to get filthy or get that oily crap in the spark plug holes etc.
I will tell you from looking at the air filter that the whole thing needs a GOOD tuneup!!!
