Company I retired from sent assembly to Mexico shortly after I retired (no connection :lol: ).
They have trouble keeping help because as soon as they get trained in the "American way" of doing things, they move on to a higher paying job with another company in the same "industrial zone"... GM, Ford, etc. This is sure a great attitude and really makes for a quality product with new hires constantly being trained while assembling parts (sarcasm does not always come across in print, so take it as that).
