You can place a jack under the clutch housing and the tractor will sit just fine. But if all you are doing is replacing the front tires (if you have two fronts instead of one) just drive the other wheel up onto a couple 2X6's. This will get your wheel high enough to change tire, replace bearings, etc. When I took my rear wheel weights off, I loosened up the bolts until I could fish a piece of 3/16 steel cable through it, then hung a block and tackle hoist (a come-along would also work) from a ceiling joist and hooked the hoist to that 3/16 cable. An engine hoist would be a lot simpler, but I don't have one. Be careful and good luck!
