You have either made a mistake on your model # or you do have an exceptionally rare tractor (I doubt the latter). 650's were four cylinder tractors. The "S" stands for TA plus IPTO. 650's did not have that option. I would guess that that you have a 660 which was built between 1959-63. They have the TA and IPTO but are not especially rare. There were approximately 8000 produced.
