Judging from the title of this thread, you seem to be aware that you are the problem with "Re:" topic titles.
You are not going to enter into a stage of forum enlightenment until you find the "New Topic" button on the Modern View and use it for starting a new thread. In the unlikely event that you are using the Classic View, use the "Post a Message" link. It's not that difficult. Most everyone else understands the protocol.
In other words, don't take any old follow-up post, change the subject line, write your message, and submit it.
Chris (site manager) thinks this is the problem. Let's see if he is right. Goto to the "Site Comments" forum for more info.
Frankly, he may be only partially right. I know for a fact that one can change the Classic View subject without incident. Not sure on the Modern View and that is why I think you use the Modern View. Maybe you should just go Classic.
